Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that textiles and ceramics are securely protected for transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days of receipt.
